Sarah founded Place Value after 15 years working across the full spectrum of commercial property, from advising major corporations to working with landlords and running commercial functions for some of the world's leading flex operators. That experience, across the US, UK, and Australia, gives her a rare ability to see a portfolio challenge from every angle.

Her speciality is Active Asset Management. She loves helping owners and managers build the strategy, relationships, and sales capability their portfolios need to genuinely perform. She's equally at home in a boardroom conversation about asset positioning as she is getting into the details of a leasing campaign or a PropTech integration.

Sarah works with a small number of clients at a time, which means she gives each project the time and attention it needs.
